Health Industry loves us to compare ourselves to others
Is it just me or does it seem that we are somehow told to compare outselves to others. 'Look at the results of this guy!!!!Only 3 months....3 weeks....3 days....you, too, can look like this!!!"
Magic pills, formulas....one step.....5 minutes every 4 months......! A bunch of bunk. Use what works for you, do what works for you. If you see results, great. If you don't, then tweak it and incorporate different ideas. Bullworker is a great product for just these reasons. DO reps, it's like carrying around a mini-gym. The resistance replicates that of equipment. It is tension and resistance and the effort put into it, that will produce results. If you want to do some static holds...then do them. Count and do them. Mix it up. However, leaving it in a corner behind a door will do nothing for you. Use you head. If you attack it at full strength right out of the box,a nd do not have recovery periods...you'll have problems. It's not the function of the equipment, but the methods that the person implores to go about it, that can cause discomfort and possible injury. When you work out....use the best muscle to go by what is good/bad and right/wrong...the muscle between your ears.
losing weight is easy - eat less and exercise more. :)
Oh, yes. It is an easy forumla. It's great to see devices meant to 'spot reduce'. There is no such thing on the market that can 'spot reduce'. Losing weight is a straight forward formula......more output than input. It's that simple. Advertisers wwant you to be a stupid sheep and forget these pricniples, but they are unescapable. Be active and watch what you eat and drink. Can you do excess once in a while on both sides...sure. But know the consequences if you do, that's all. Look in the mirror and don't blame anyone but yourself, too.
