New PErsonal "Best" on Steel Bow 28

During yesterdays workout I held the front chest compression, with the Steel Bow 28 at level 40 for 10 seconds.

I felt pretty pumped when I was done.

Fantastic accomplishment!  What is your workout and how often do you follow it?  Do you change it up with the SteelBow?  Now the big question....how are the elbows holding up?

Hello I'm back

I'm in California waiting to attend a memorial.

To answer your questions, I use the Steel Bow daily.  I do one set per exercise and have been trying to increase the tension daily.  I can almost "max" it now n the side chest compression.  If I knew how to take digital photos and upload them I would, just as "proof".  I did do Dan's high intensity program for 5 weeks and that might have been the catalyst to me being able to compress at the stage I have reached recently.

Johnnie, Thanks for the

Johnnie,

Thanks for the reply.  I too use the Steel Bow but only 5 x's a week.  I have been following John Hughes sitathome routine, going for the reps of compression over the tension.  However, I do use the medium spring for some of the movments at the desire reps over the light spring, but still hit the number derived by John.
I followed Dan's routine over the winter, but I was getting a little irritation on the elbows.  Nowhere else, just the elbows.  Maybe after dong John's course, I can successfully slide back to Dan's program in the fall.  Good luck and have a safe trip home.  Hope you weren't by the Earthquake area.
