Hi guys


 


I have just finished my phase one of Dan's intense routine.


I have not gained anything yet as in inches around my chest and arms, but on the positive side, i have gained in strength and some of my muscles have what i call new dents, in other words, cuts.


Really looking forward to phase two of the routine, with this phase, starting tomorrow.


I will also be changing my diet, which i didn't with phase one, by changing i mean not going on a diet but halving every thing i eat.


I will let you know how the next phase goes.
